When I talk about women’s health, it’s not from a place of theory. It’s from lived experience — years of navigating my own hormonal challenges, from PCOS to hypothyroidism, while juggling the demands of being a single mother.
I’ve known what it’s like to be exhausted beyond words, snapping at the people I love because I have nothing left to give, and feeling like my body is working against me.
I’ve also known the frustration of being told “It’s just stress” or “Your tests are fine” when every fibre of my being was telling me something wasn’t right.
That is why I do what I do.
I became a Women’s Health & Hormonal Coach because I never want another woman to feel dismissed, silenced, or left to figure it all out on her own.
I help women understand what’s happening inside their bodies at every stage of life — from puberty to perimenopause and beyond — so they can make informed decisions, feel in control, and know they are not “crazy” or “lazy” for experiencing symptoms that are real, valid, and worthy of care.
The Gaps We Don’t Talk About
Here’s the truth:
Most of us didn’t learn about our hormones, menstrual cycles, or the stages of life we’d go through in school. At best, we were given the basics of reproduction — but not the knowledge we needed to truly understand our bodies.
We weren’t taught:
How nutrition, sleep, and stress affect our hormones
What perimenopause is, or when it starts
That thyroid disease, PCOS, and endometriosis are common, yet often missed
How to advocate for ourselves in a healthcare system that sometimes dismisses women’s symptoms
This lack of education leaves too many women in the dark, misinformed, or worse — doubting themselves when something feels wrong.
It’s not good enough.
Why Women Need to Be Heard
When a woman says she’s tired all the time, in pain, or “just not herself,” she should be taken seriously.
Too often, symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, or irregular cycles are brushed off as stress, ageing, or “being busy.”
This dismissal not only delays diagnosis — it can lead to years of unnecessary suffering and a decline in overall health.
Women deserve more than this. We deserve:
To be heard the first time we speak
To have our symptoms investigated fully
To receive education on how our bodies work at every stage of life
To feel confident in making decisions about our health without shame or confusion
Why I Will Keep Advocating
Every woman I work with has a story — and so many of them sound like mine.
They’ve been overlooked, told to “just relax,” or made to feel that what they’re experiencing is “normal” when deep down they know it’s not.
My mission is to change that by:
Providing personalised, holistic health coaching that addresses the root causes of symptoms
Educating women on their hormones, cycles, and the powerful connection between lifestyle and hormonal balance
Breaking the stigma around women’s health conversations, from menstrual cycles to menopause
Giving women the tools to advocate for themselves in medical settings
I believe education is empowerment. When you understand your body, you stop second-guessing yourself. You stop settling for “this is just how it is.” You start demanding answers, support, and solutions.
This Is More Than a Job — It’s a Movement
To me, women’s health coaching is not about “fixing” people. It’s about helping women feel at home in their bodies again. It’s about showing them that there are answers, that recovery is possible, and that their experiences matter.
I will continue to raise my voice for women who feel unheard. I will continue to advocate for better education in schools and workplaces so that the next generation of girls grows up knowing how to care for their bodies — not fear them.
Because when women are well, they don’t just survive — they thrive. And when women thrive, families, communities, and entire societies benefit.
If you’ve been feeling unheard, dismissed, or unsure about what’s happening in your body — you don’t have to go through it alone.
